Yachts are available for pickup on Saturdays until 5 pm. They should be returned to the port by the following Friday at 5 pm and officially checked out on Saturday at 9 am.
The costs for fuel and berths are the client’s responsibility. The fuel tank must be full upon return.
An advance payment of 50% is required within 10 days from the date of booking confirmation by bank transfer. The balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to embarkation by bank transfer. Security deposit for yachts is as follows: less than 40 feet - 2,000 €, more than 40 feet and less than 50 feet - 2,500 €, and more than 50 feet and catamarans - 3,000 €. The deposit covers damages or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the charter.
If payments are not made by the due dates, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and charter the yacht to a third party. The company has the right to claim the agreed cancellation fees from the client: till 90 days 30%, till 30 days 50%, and less than 30 days 100%.
Yes, water tanks will be filled by our crew for free.
A list of participants (crew-list), copies of the licenses, and the arrival time should be submitted at least one week before delivering the yacht.
If you cancel till 90 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee will be charged. If you cancel till 30 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee will be charged unless a replacement charterer is provided.
